Cancellation Policy
Thank you for registering to Camp MachoLA. This e-mail confirms receipt of your application and is NOT a confirmation of your registration.
Please see attached document for payment details and camp policies.
You will receive a separate e-mail summarizing the registration information you submitted. Please review that email to make sure your information is correct.
Registration Payment
1. 50% deposit required with registration to reserve your space at camp.

Checks must be delivered within 10 days of registration

Cash payment must be hand delivered within 10 days of registration.
2. 100% of payment is required to complete registration.

Payment must be made in full no later than 12/10/19.

Registration fee adjustment to rate in effect - please refer to registration schedule with effective dates listed.

Registration cancellation.
4. Payment plans are available upon request. Please e-mail info.rokdimla@gmail.com.
5. Payment may be made by check or cash and must be received within 10 days of website registration:
Credit Card: complete your payment on our PayPal page (if you weren’t transferred automatically after registration submission, please go to: http://www.campmachola.com/pay-balance If payment is incomplete, registration may be cancelled.
Check: Please send check(s) payable to MATI and mail to 7618 Jellico Ave, Northridge, CA, 91325 OR bring check(s) to Fran Amkraut or any other designated MachoLA team member at one of RokdimLA’s sessions.
Payment may be split to two. Provide both checks at the time of registration and date the second check up to one month later.
Once payment is received and processed, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email.
Declined checks will cost the payer a $20 handling fee.
Cash: Please submit payment to Fran Amkraut or any other designated MachoLA team member at one of RokdimLA’s sessions.
Initial payment must be at least 50% of camp tuition.
Once your payment is received in full and processed you get a reservation confirmation via email.
Cancellations:

If registration is cancelled for any reason and a registrant would like to re-register, registrant will have to complete a new registration form based on updated availability and rates.

Cancellation fee: a cancellation form must submitted through Camp MachoLA’s website. Any cancellation not submitted through the website will not be considered final, and fees may apply if cancellation form is received after payment due date. If a registration is cancelled by Camp MachoLA due to incomplete payment, the previously-registered participant is still subject to cancellation fees if applicable.
Cancellation fees:

Before Dec. 10, 2019: $100 per person.

After Dec. 10, 2019: 50% of your total registration fee.

NO REFUNDS after December 30th, 2019. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing and will result in the loss of guest's spot & payment to camp.
Transferring registration may be possible in lieu of cancellation:

Any transfer must be approved in writing by Camp MachoLA.

Registration transfer fee: $100.

Transfer will be with same roommate(s) and accommodation requested on original registration form.

Transfer must be to a person of the same GENDER unless approved by Camp MachoLA.

If transfer is requested do not submit a cancellation form.

Transfers end date 12/30/19 (Registration transfers will not be approved after this date)
Code of Conduct:
Participants in Camp MachoLA are a part of a wonderful dancing community. Please be sure to respect each other and support our social, cultural and festive environment on and off the dance floor.
1. Abide by all hotel and conference center rules.

Smoking is NEVER allowed inside the building and is ONLY allowed in designated areas outside of the campus.

Be considerate of all hotel guests, especially in the late hours of the night.
2. Abide by all local civil laws.

Underage drinking and consumption of illegal substances is NEVER allowed.

People under the influence or otherwise exhibiting inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave camp.
3. Be courteous and friendly. There are old friends to catch up with and new friends to make. Welcome people to your tables. Be welcoming in the dance circle.
