Terms of Service

1. Full payment must be received to complete registration. If payment is incomplete, registration may be cancelled.  

 

2. Payment may be made by check or cash and must be received within 10 days of website registration:

• By Credit Card: complete your payment on our PayPal page (if you weren’t transferred automatically after registration submission, please go to:___________________________). If payment is incomplete, registration may be cancelled. 

• By CHECK: Please send check(s) payable to MATI and mail to 7618 Jellico Ave, Northridge, CA, 91325 OR bring check(s) to Fran Amkraut or any other designated MachoLA team member at one of RokdimLA’s sessions.

  • Payment may be split to two. Provide both checks at the time of registration and date the second check up to one month later.

  • Once payment is received and processed, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email.

• By CASH: Please submit the FULL payment to Fran Amkraut or any other designated MachoLA team member at one of RokdimLA’s sessions.

  • Payment may also be at least 50% by cash and provide a check for the balance at the time of registration and date the check for up to one month later.

  • Once your payment is received in full and processed you get a reservation confirmation via email.

 

3. Declined checks will cost the payer $50 handling fee.

 

4. If registration is cancelled for any reason and a registrant would like to re-register, registrant will have to complete a new registration form based on updated availability and rates.

 

5. Cancellation fee: a cancellation form must submitted through Camp MachoLA’s website. Any cancellation not submitted through the website will not be considered final, and fees may apply if cancellation form is received after payment due date.

• Before Jan. 12, 2027: $100 per person.

• After Jan. 12, 2027: 50% of your total registration fee.

• NO REFUNDS after January 30th, 2027. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing and will cause the lost of guest's spot & payment in camp.

• Transferring registration may be possible in lieu of cancellation:

    o You must submit “transfer form” on camp’s website.

    o Any transfer must be approved in writing by Camp MachoLA.

    o Registration transfer fee: $100.
